Andreas C. Fürsattel is managing partner of BEITRAINING® BEI Business Education International GmbH.
The graduate in business administration has supported and accompanied a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as franchise systems in their corporate and employee development for over 20 years. He has been appointed to the SENAT der WIRTSCHAFT since 2011, is an associated expert of the Deutscher Franchise Verband e.V.(DFV), guest lecturer at various technical colleges and universities, founding member and board member of the Jenaplan-Gymnasium Nuremberg and author of numerous training and continuing education concepts. Furthermore, he is one of the founders and organizers of the "Bonner Tag der Franchiseexpansion".
My passion is to connect people and companies from different industries with the goal of creating a win-win situation. The franchise world, in which I have been rooted for more than 30 years, always offers me new points of contact for this. The BFW is the ideal network for this. It is an honor for me to help shape the future of franchising as a board member in charge of personnel development.
