You cannot think of a franchisor without its franchisees and vice versa. A franchise system can only be understood holistically. This is exactly the perspective of the BFW and what makes it so unique as an association of medium-sized businesses and also attractive for me. Even more: the BFW systematically includes in its work also and especially the service providers for the franchise industry, who often know a multitude of franchise systems from their respective perspective and can draw insightful comparisons.
My vision for the BFW is that together we will succeed in convincingly presenting the power of the German franchise industry to the public, ensuring even more transparency, creating an up-to-date data situation and discovering the potential of an exchange between franchisees of different systems on site.
