Dr. Amelie Pohl has been active in the franchise scene for 25 years and has worked for various, well-known law firms before setting up her own law firm in Salzburg in 2017.

Her area of expertise is Austrian distribution law, in particular franchising.

She advises companies on the best national or international distribution strategy for their products and services and implements it contractually. She also assists with legal issues, contract drafting, contract review and disputes in the area of distribution, including not only franchising but also commercial agents, trade, supply contracts, general terms and conditions, online distribution, etc.

Dr. Amelie Pohl has contributed to numerous publications, such as Handbuch des Vertriebsrechts, Formularsammlung Vertriebsrechte, Franchiserecht - Österreich/Deutschland.

A wide range of qualitative platforms for the franchise industry promotes this and this is an important concern for me!
